“Something stirs beneath the stone.”
Inspired by Final Fantasy XI. Jobs, weapon skills, skillchains and Named hunts, rebuilt for one hero.
Everforge Legacy is a single-player action RPG for people who remember Final Fantasy XI: Jobs, weapon skills, skillchains, a world that runs on elemental days, and rare enemies worth hunting. It’s not an MMO. No party to find, no server, no subscription, nobody to race for a claim. Every system is tuned for one hero, and where FFXI needed five friends, you earn your own.
It’s built by one developer, and it’s a warm, patient, hand-authored world that rewards curiosity over hurry.

Auto-attacks build TP. Every weapon type has its own weapon skills. Chain them through a multi-tier skillchain system and finish with a magic burst.
Enemies keep a hate table, and tanks have Provoke to hold it.
An eight-day elemental week and weather shift elemental damage. Moon phases sway crafting and gathering.
Enemies notice you by sight or by sound. Sneak and Invisible get you past them.
Crystals, skill-ups, guild ranks, and high-quality +1 gear on a good roll. Gather the materials yourself.
Warp between the shrines you’ve attuned to.
Hunt the Named across Chapter 1, and after the story ends, more of them.
Thal’myr is a dangerous land. Undead walk its ruins, trolls hold the swamp roads, and the Everforge that the vanished Forgeborn left behind has started to stir. Each path has its own zones, cast and bosses, and all three converge at Misthaven.

Levels 1 to 20, three paths, about 30 hours in all and about 10 per path, plus post-story content: more Named hunts, a Hunt Board and Empowered Trials. The ending is written as a complete arc, not a cliffhanger. I’d rather ship something whole and small than something sprawling and half-built.
